Insurance
I am an out of network provider for all major insurance companies, which means I do not take insurance directly. I do accept Kaiser if you are seeking gender related services.
Payment is due at the time of service. If you have out-of-network benefits, I will help bill your insurance. Depending on your plan - you might be eligible for a partial refund. I am happy to explain this process to you in more detail.

Cash, check and all major credit cards, HSA are accepted for payment.

Cancellation
Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
